Suterra Apr 17, 2020 9:08:00 AM

Suterra has launched a course available for PCAs to gain continuing education credits and learn from Suterra’s industry-leading experts.

The free course, created in partnership with Farm Progress, is now available on the Ag CEU Online website here.

Navel Orangeworm Course Contents

The course addresses the threat of Navel Orangeworm (NOW) in nut crops such as almonds and walnuts and highlights the best Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices for effective control. It also includes modernized advice from the University of California and the world’s leading Ph.D. experts from Suterra on mating disruption and other IPM practices.

“The usual channels of communicating with PCAs, distributors and growers have been disrupted this spring. With this online class, we can share valuable information with the industry and get license holders some continuing education hours at the same time. This course is easy to participate in, satisfies the requirements of CalDPR and is hosted by one of the best agricultural publishers.”

The course contains 25 questions and is approximately one hour long. It is accredited by the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) and is available to all DPR licensees, Certified Crop Advisers (CCA) and PCAs, as well as licensees in other states.
