Mixture Application
Add one capful (25 mL) of BioAmp® AA per finished gallon of non-repellent insecticide mix. Maintain constant agitation during mixing and application; follow direction for use on insecticide label.

BioAmp® AA is available for sale in all
50 US states.
US EPA does not require Adjuvants to be registered. However, 9 states define "pesticide" to include adjuvants, and they must be registered as pesticides in the following states: AR, CA, ID, KY, MS, TN, UT, WA & WY.
Suterra LLC has registrations in all these states, thus allowing sale and use of products in all 50 states within the USA.

Program Period: January 1st - December 31st
Sales Program Requirements & Benefits
- A signed and dated program must be on file prior to shipment of the first order of product
- All orders must be placed using the online order tool. Please contact the Suterra Customer Care Team at Customercare@Suterra.com or via phone at 541-388-3688 for access
- BioAmp® AA is sold in case quantities (1 case = 6 bottles of product)
- BioAmp® AA must be ordered in multiples of 2 to meet the minimum order quantity
Product Lead time
- Lead times (business days) based on order receipt before 12PM PST and are subject to change
- CA, PNW & Southwestern US - 5 Business days
- East & Midwestern US - 10 business days
Freight & Shipping Terms
- Shipping costs is included in unit price
- Delivery may be scheduled any time between January 1 - December 31
- Shipments will be made to the customer's indicated location only
- Please submit a separate online order for each ship-to location
- Shipping fees have been factored into pricing, thus no additional shipping charges apply
- Expedited shipping is available; charges are applied in addition to standard pricing. Expedited fee calculation = 5% unit price * Quantity +$100
Credit Terms
- Net 30-day terms will be applied for all purchases placed throughout the purchase season
- An invoice will be issued upon shipment of products
- Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be assessed for all accounts 31 or more days past due
- All orders placed under this program are subject to the terms of this program and all terms of this program supersede any terms submitted on individual orders
Suterra prefers ACH payment and will provide bank information to purchasers.
Taxes
State Sales Tax (varies according to the delivery address State and County) and State of California Mill Tax (2.175% for customers with a delivery address within the state of California) will be applied on the final invoice and are not included in the unit price.
Order Amendments & Return Policy
- All orders are final once an order is submitted and Suterra confirms with a Sales Order Confirmation
- There are no returns or refunds on any order placed under this program
- Orders are subject to all state and local taxes
